Interior Minister: "There is no law that prohibits the extension of the death penalty"
The Interior Minister, Mohamed Jameel Ahmed said that there is no law that prohibits the extension of the death penalty. The minister said there was need to find a good solution to gang-related violence. "While it is not our duty to change the law that says that the murderers are sentenced to death, there is no law that forbids us to extend the death penalty to those who they deserve."
