Bill the government for preschools presented to Parliament

A draft law on pre - school was presented to Parliament by the independent parliamentary member Ahmed Shiyam and was accepted by all 64 members present.
If the project is approved the government should assume responsibility for school funding for children in the country, which are now run largely by private individuals.
Deputy education minister, Mohamed Shifa, said that nurseries are very important as the first stage of education. But he also noted that it is very difficult for the government to manage and develop day-care centers at a time which is focused to expand the availability of higher education. "It would be very difficult for the government to manage the nursery, also considering the economic situation is not very good country and I do not think that the approved budget is sufficient," said Shifa. He also urged the parliamentarians to include sufficient funding in the budget and increase if necessary. "Every dollar spent on education children are $ 7 saved for the secondary."
